The Dining Room Care Manager plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming dining experience for residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a role model in providing excellent dining service.
- Assisting with training new team members.

- Supporting special events and ensuring checklist compliance for dining area cleanliness and readiness.
