The Dining Room Care Manager plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming dining experience for residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a role model in providing excellent dining service.
  • Assisting with training new team members.

  • Supporting special events and ensuring checklist compliance for dining area cleanliness and readiness.
