The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to residents, taking and delivering orders promptly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing resident well-being
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a commercial setting
- Current Smart Serve certification
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
