About the Role: Greeter
The Greeter position is a part-time role designed for someone who enjoys engaging with people and creating welcoming environments. As a Greeter, your primary responsibility is to greet residents, visitors, and renters as they enter the Berkshire Club. You will also oversee the opening and closing of the facility in line with company policies and procedures.
Here are the key responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors, tenants, and delivery personnel in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address questions from residents and visitors or direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Control access to the Berkshire Club to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Adhere to company policies, including confidentiality standards and social media guidelines.
- Uphold a professional public image through proper dress code and conduct.
- Use sound judgment while prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents and visitors.
- Complete assigned duties with efficiency and minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people.
- A friendly, outgoing demeanor with the ability to work independently.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle a busy environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar setting.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism.
- Completion of a Police Records Check.

Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Self-motivation and the ability to manage tasks effectively without constant supervision.
