What You’ll Do
As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders, and process payments efficiently.
- Assemble and manage dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders with care.
Food and Drink Preparation:
- Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald’s quality standards.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
Team Collaboration:
- Work alongside peers and managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Rotate between various roles, including kitchen duties, Drive-Thru, or front counter service.
Flexible Hours:

Who You Are
