PVH Canada Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate for the Tommy Hilfiger store in Brampton. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting Tommy Hilfiger products, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing a range of operational tasks to support the store’s goals. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by engaging with customers and promoting Tommy Hilfiger products. Build customer loyalty by offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Sales & Performance: Drive sales by meeting individual and store-wide targets. Stay aware of promotions, events, and product updates to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Operational Tasks: Support store management with stock replenishment, store organization, markdowns, and visual displays. Follow all operational policies and procedures, ensuring smooth daily store operations.
- Loss Prevention: Minimize stock loss through proper loss prevention procedures, reporting any unusual activity to management.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, energetic store atmosphere. Foster a collaborative environment with peers and supervisors.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods while performing various tasks around the store.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities. Must be able to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 pounds and maintain energy during long shifts.
