Job Overview
Aerie is hiring motivated individuals for the role of Stock Associate at their Niagara-on-the-Lake location. As a Stock Associate, you will ensure that products flow seamlessly from the stockroom to the sales floor, keeping merchandise organized and accessible for customers. This part-time role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals passionate about retail operations and the AEO brand.
You will be at the heart of ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers, while also contributing to Aerie's mission of positivity and inclusivity through their #AerieREAL movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Flow: Efficiently handle shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to maintain product availability.
- Stockroom Maintenance: Keep the stockroom organized, ensuring visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are orderly and easy to access.
- Merchandising Excellence: Identify and act on opportunities to improve store displays, collaborating with leadership as needed.
- Team Support: Provide support to colleagues by assisting with customer needs on the sales floor and completing non-stock tasks.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety standards and Asset Protection policies to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Qualifications
- A passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and time effectively.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous stock-related experience is a bonus but not required.
- Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills.
