As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent the AE brand and create an exceptional shopping experience for guests. This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with people and showcasing their love for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Use the AEO Selling Model to connect with every guest, ensuring they find what they’re looking for in a friendly and personalized manner.
- Product Expertise: Share your passion for AE and Aerie products by educating customers on details and offering tailored suggestions.
- Promote Brand Loyalty: Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand initiatives.
- Adaptability: Transition seamlessly between tasks such as assisting on the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns proactively and professionally, adhering to company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Integrity and Compliance: Follow all AEO policies and procedures, maintaining high standards in every aspect of your work.

- Prior retail experience is an asset but not mandatory.
