In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value they receive from Venngo's platform.

A Hybrid Role Offering Flexibility and Growth

This hybrid position allows you to work remotely 80% of the time, with the necessary flexibility to travel across Canada for client meetings (up to 20%). You'll collaborate with a diverse and impressive clientele, from small businesses to national organizations, fostering collaboration and mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth: Communicate with clients, address questions, analyze performance metrics, and set goals to increase program usage and retention. Educate users on the platform and develop strategies to promote engagement among their teams.

Nurture Client Accounts: Partner with the sales team to onboard new clients, manage their day-to-day requests, and build long-lasting relationships. You will be responsible for a portfolio of 50-75 clients, managing their customer lifecycle and ensuring contract renewals.

Contribute to Marketing Efforts: Play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing usage data and campaign metrics to optimize performance. Stay updated on industry trends and represent Venngo at client-hosted or industry events.

Lead Client Satisfaction Initiatives: Cultivate trust with clients through regular communication, assess satisfaction, and review account performance. Generate detailed reports and work to resolve any technical or performance issues.

Drive Improvements: Gain a deep understanding of client businesses through research and inquiry, identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Venngo's offerings. Collaborate with the broader team to improve the customer experience and eliminate obstacles.

The Ideal Candidate: A Blend of Skills and Passion

Venngo seeks a highly motivated individual with experience in customer success, account management, sales, or marketing. You'll be comfortable balancing multiple tasks, adapting to client needs, and ideally possess fluency in both English and French. Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and familiarity with project management and documentation tools.

Travel across Canada for client meetings (up to 20% of the time) is a requirement. The ideal candidate possesses the flexibility to work outside of standard business hours and on weekends (approximately once a month) to support customer events and promote programs.
