Ecolab Seeks Talent Leader to Drive Regional Growth
Ecolab, a global leader in hygiene and cleaning solutions, is seeking a passionate IMEA Talent & Organizational Development (T&OD) CoE Leader for their Dubai, UAE HR team. Lead Talent Development Across IMEA
As the IMEA T&OD CoE Leader, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing top-tier talent management and learning & development (L&D) strategies across the entire region. You'll lead a range of initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline, foster a culture of engagement, and ensure the organization has the capabilities it needs to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic talent management programs, including frameworks, processes, and tools to empower talent development.
- Drive critical talent outcomes like identifying high-potential employees, managing performance, and conducting succession planning.
- Champion an inclusive environment and ensure strong awareness of Ecolab's purpose, vision, and values across the organization.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to pinpoint areas for improvement and build talent capability.
- Oversee change management efforts to equip employees with the skills and behaviors needed to adapt to change effectively.
- Lead the regional people development agenda by identifying critical business skills, conducting gap analyses, and designing targeted interventions.
- Design and deliver customized training programs, workshops, and learning materials aligned with the 70:20:10 learning model.
- Develop the Talent Development Strategy and manage a team of Talent and L&D professionals.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant HR field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and/or Culture Change.
- A proven track record of partnering with all levels of an organization and influencing support for new initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading teams in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in content creation tools for interactive learning materials.
- Experience in a BtoB industry is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related HR discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and/or Culture Change.
- Proven success in partnering with all levels of an organization and influencing buy-in for new initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading teams in a matrix environment.
- Expertise in content creation tools for interactive learning materials.
- Experience working in a BtoB industry is preferred.
