Position: Full-Time and Part-Time Handyman/Handywoman
Tim Hortons is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join its team. This role involves maintaining and repairing restaurant equipment, completing small building repairs, and assisting with basic landscaping tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain restaurant equipment, such as Panini Press, toasters, coffee machines, cream machines, sugar dispensers, and more.
- Replace or repair defective and worn parts using basic hand tools and power tools.
- Clean and calibrate equipment to ensure functionality and performance.
- Complete basic building repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing and landscaping.
- Follow machine manuals and instructions to address issues effectively.
- Maintain restaurant systems while ensuring that safety is not compromised.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized, practicing safe work habits.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and respond to maintenance needs as required.

Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, small machine repair, building maintenance, and landscaping.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be available to work at least one day on the weekend.
