About the Role

As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional guest service. Whether taking orders, preparing beverages, or ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, you’ll play a critical role in creating memorable experiences for guests.

What to Expect in Your Role

  • Exceptional Hospitality: Take guest orders with a friendly attitude and attentive behavior, showcasing strong product knowledge.
  • Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare beverages and food items like sandwiches, bagels, and baked goods while maintaining food safety standards.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen spotless throughout each shift.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory in the back of the house and stock items in the front daily.
  • Speed of Service: Work efficiently with urgency to fulfill guest orders promptly.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints with quick and effective solutions.
