About the Role
As a Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to ensure guest satisfaction by preparing and serving delicious menu items and providing friendly, welcoming service. Whether greeting guests or creating bakery favorites, you’ll play an integral role in delivering the Tim Hortons experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet Guests with Hospitality: Be the first to welcome guests and make their day special.
- Prepare Orders: Complete guest orders, including coffee, Iced Capps®, donuts, sandwiches, and wraps.
- Follow Operational Guidelines: Ensure adherence to Tim Hortons’ product preparation and equipment use standards.
