Serco is seeking a dedicated and professional Driver Examiner 2 to join its team at the DriveTest Centre in Windsor, Ontario. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the driving abilities of applicants for G2 and G licenses, as well as M2, M, and controlled class licenses (if qualified).
- Conduct road tests to assess candidates’ skills, adherence to traffic laws, safe driving practices, and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Provide detailed feedback on test results, including errors and areas for improvement.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, verifying candidate details, and addressing licensing issues.
- Record test results accurately, complete evaluation forms, and maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Travel to provide testing services at additional locations as required.
- Support occupational health and safety regulations by maintaining a safe and professional working environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a minimum of four years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no more than four demerit points and three violations.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act and related regulations is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making.
Working Conditions
This position requires both mental and physical effort, including standing for extended periods, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and handling moderate physical tasks. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons.
