Salary: $26.63/hour
Serco Canada is seeking a professional and bilingual Driver Examiner 2 to join its team at the DriveTest Centre in Winchester, Ontario. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support road safety and interact with the public in a rewarding and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct road tests for G2, G, M2, M, and controlled class licenses to evaluate applicants’ driving abilities.
- Assess candidates on compliance with traffic laws, driving safety, and handling stressful situations.
- Provide detailed feedback on test results, including errors and areas for improvement.
- Offer customer service by responding to inquiries, verifying candidate information, and addressing licensing issues.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping by completing evaluation forms and entering test results into the system.
- Travel to additional testing locations as required and ensure a safe working environment.
- Support candidates with special needs by conducting specialized road tests.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with at least four years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no more than four demerit points and three violations.
- Strong customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of driving regulations and the Highway Traffic Act is preferred.
Working Conditions
The role requires physical and mental stamina, including standing for long periods, working outdoors in varying weather, and engaging in moderate physical tasks. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons.
