Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Associate, your duties will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a culture of customer obsession.
- Building relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
- Using selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
- Supporting team selling and contributing to sales volume and metrics goals.
- Assisting with merchandising, stock counts, and store projects.
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions at the point of sale.
Physical Requirements
This role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and occasionally climbing ladders. You should also be able to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
