Team Leader
Position Summary:
The Team Leader supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. In their absence, the Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD), assigning tasks, ensuring that store opening/closing procedures are followed, and that employees are working safely. The Team Leader also participates in inventory processes and assists with new employee training.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience
- Strong ambition to grow within the company
- Ability to organize time effectively and manage priorities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Store Associate
Position Summary:
The Store Associate performs various operational duties, including merchandising products according to company standards and supporting the merchandise receiving process. The Associate is responsible for providing top-quality customer service, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.
Preferred Candidate:
- Flexible work schedule based on store needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Assistant Team Leader
Position Summary:
The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team in overseeing daily store operations. When the management team is absent, the Assistant Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring that tasks are completed and that store opening/closing procedures are followed.
Preferred Candidate:
- Approximately one (1) year of relevant retail experience
- Ability to organize time and manage priorities effectively
- Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
