Store Manager
Position Summary:
The Store Manager plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing merchandising activities, and leading recruitment and training efforts for new employees. The Manager ensures all store standards align with company guidelines and best practices.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in team management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Store Associate
Position Summary:
The Store Associate performs general operations duties, supports merchandise receiving, and ensures products are merchandised according to company standards. The Associate is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring the cleanliness of the store.
Preferred Candidate:
- Flexible work schedule based on store needs
- Customer service oriented

Assistant Team Leader
Position Summary:
The Assistant Team Leader supports the Management team in overseeing daily store operations. Acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed, the Assistant Team Leader ensures that tasks are completed, store opening/closing procedures are followed, and safety standards are upheld.
Preferred Candidate:
- Approximately one (1) year of relevant retail experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
