Store Associate
Position Summary:
As a Store Associate, you will perform all general operations duties, including assisting in the merchandise receiving process and ensuring products are merchandised according to Dollarama's standards. You will also provide exceptional customer service, help maintain a safe working environment, and ensure the cleanliness of the store.

Assistant Store Manager
Position Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and, in their absence, act as the Manager on Duty (MOD). Your responsibilities will include ensuring team members understand and follow company policies, conducting accurate inventory counts, and ensuring that merchandising practices are followed. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment and training new employees.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the retail industry
  • Experience in team management
  • Flexible work schedule based on store needs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Assistant Team Leader
Position Summary:
The Assistant Team Leader supports the Management team in overseeing daily operations. In the absence of the management team, you will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring that tasks are completed, store opening/closing procedures are followed, and employees work safely.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Approximately one (1) year of relevant retail experience
  • Flexible work schedule based on store needs
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
