Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Associate, your role includes:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with product knowledge on styles, features, and benefits.
- Resolve customer concerns confidently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Guide customers in-store and through omnichannel shopping experiences.
Sales and Store Operations:
- Handle point-of-sale/register transactions efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and manage shipments as needed.
- Promote current sales events and the brand loyalty program.
Store Maintenance and Safety:
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional service to minimize store losses.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualifications
