Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Associate, your role includes:

  • Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist customers with product knowledge on styles, features, and benefits.
    • Resolve customer concerns confidently in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Guide customers in-store and through omnichannel shopping experiences.
  • Sales and Store Operations:

    • Handle point-of-sale/register transactions efficiently.
    • Restock merchandise and manage shipments as needed.
    • Promote current sales events and the brand loyalty program.
  • Store Maintenance and Safety:

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
    • Provide exceptional service to minimize store losses.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
