Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction:
- Welcome and assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits.
- Confidently address and resolve customer concerns in a busy retail environment.
- Support omnichannel needs to create a seamless shopping experience.
Store Operations:
- Process transactions at the point of sale/register efficiently.
- Restock products and assist with shipments as necessary.
- Inform customers about promotional events and loyalty programs.
Safety and Cleanliness:
- Ensure a clean and safe store environment while minimizing losses through excellent customer service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- The capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Comfortable standing or walking for long periods and climbing ladders.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
