Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Associate, you will:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting the best products for their needs.
- Proactively resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Support customers with omnichannel needs to ensure seamless interactions.
Store Operations:
- Operate the point of sale/register and process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Restock shelves and assist with shipment handling.
- Promote store loyalty programs and ongoing promotions to customers.
Safety and Cleanliness:
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Customer service and engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle various tasks at once.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods, with the ability to climb a ladder.
- Availability for varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
