Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Associate, you will:

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Welcome families with a friendly greeting and assist with product information.
    • Resolve customer concerns confidently and provide support during their shopping experience.
    • Assist with omnichannel services for seamless customer interaction.
  • Store Operations:

    • Process sales efficiently at the register.
    • Restock inventory and manage shipments as required.
    • Promote brand loyalty programs and current promotional events to customers.
  • Maintain a Safe and Organized Store:

    • Provide exceptional service to minimize store losses.
    • Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and engagement skills.
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Are adept at multitasking in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing.
  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
