Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Associate, you will:
Customer Engagement:
- Welcome families with a friendly greeting and assist with product information.
- Resolve customer concerns confidently and provide support during their shopping experience.
- Assist with omnichannel services for seamless customer interaction.
Store Operations:
- Process sales efficiently at the register.
- Restock inventory and manage shipments as required.
- Promote brand loyalty programs and current promotional events to customers.
Maintain a Safe and Organized Store:
- Provide exceptional service to minimize store losses.
- Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and engagement skills.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Are adept at multitasking in a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing.
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
